For over 32 years, whether representing hospitals, physicians or patients, I have critically examined the time line of medical facts, the breakdown of the flow of medical facts and information between healthcare professionals, the absence of a differential diagnosis, the failure to monitor patients according to specialty guidelines, as well as the non-compliance of patients with physician instructions, and the short-comings of patient-physician discussions, education and consultations regarding treatment, aleternatives and prognosis.

My experience involves all aspects of medical specialties to all aspects of medical care, from private offices to clinics to all hospital departments.

I have a passion for seeing good, hard work by talented medical professionals result in good patient outcomes and patient safety.  As a result of your hard work each physician should be able to safeguard their practice, their career and their patients.  However, in the current circumstances, it is increasingly difficult to accomplish these goals alone.

This practice began from my dedication to obtaining a way to get the best outcomes for physicians and patients, using non-adversarial methods.
